LAMB AND WOOL
We shear twice a year, once in April and again in October. This makes for strong wool with an average staple length of 3-6 inches. Each fleeces typically weighs between 3-5 lbs, and we have a variety of color in our flock. Perfect for handspinners, the Leicester’s wool is easy to spin in the grease, or can be washed. Combed or carded both produce wonderful results.
Beef
Our beef is raised on pasture and finished on pasture with malted grains. Our beef boasts exceptional flavor and texture. Raised naturally without hormones, antibiotics, or dewormers. Available as quarters, halves and whole .
